Sydney Dilworth

Sydney Dilworth is an Associate at CSG Advisors. She recently joined the firm’s public housing practice in July of 2024.

MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Sydney supports CSG’s growth initiatives by developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness, manage client relationships, and drive proposal development. She oversees the execution of marketing strategies, coordinates proposal and expansion efforts, and manages conference logistics while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

CLIENTS

Sydney assists public housing authorities across the country, including Philadelphia, Delaware, Norfolk, Columbus, New York, and Jacksonville.

PRIOR WORK

Prior to joining CSG, Sydney worked as a Senior Analyst to service a real estate-focused hedge fund. She assisted with financial reporting for analysis and worked to develop various business processes, specializing in process refinement. She also has experience as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst, which involved auditing and analyzing financial data, budget forecasting, and due diligence support. As an undergraduate, Sydney gained transferable skills as an Accounting Intern by focusing on account management, data analytics, and operational efficiency.

EDUCATION

Sydney has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Georgia with additional coursework in Accounting, Property Management, Nutritional Sciences, and Management Information Systems. Additionally, she holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certification, demonstrating her ability to uphold and implement diversity and inclusivity practices in professional settings.
