Robi Roberts

Robi Roberts is an Associate at CSG Advisors. She brings experience working on large-scale social impact programs that support families transitioning toward long-term stability.

PRIOR WORK
Prior to joining CSG Advisors, she worked with the District of Columbia Department of Human Services, where she helped manage and evaluate Career MAP, a pilot program providing direct financial and housing assistance to hundreds of families. In this role, Robi partnered closely with nonprofit and government stakeholders and supported program implementation and continuous improvement. Her professional background also includes work across education policy, workforce development, and homelessness services, where she has supported individuals and communities through program design, service delivery, and policy analysis. Robi holds a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College.

EDUCATION
Robi holds a Master of Public Affairs with a concentration in Domestic Policy from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College, with a minor in Educational Studies.
