Nethaniah Josma

Nethaniah Josma is a (non-MA) Associate on CSG Advisors’ Analytics team, where she supports clients with data-driven analysis, strategic research, and project execution across a range of community development and public finance initiatives. She brings more than 10 years of experience spanning community affairs, banking risk management, public and real estate finance, and development, with prior roles in government agencies and mission-driven nonprofit development organizations.

Prior Work
Before joining CSG Advisors, Nethaniah served as a Program Manager at the Urban League of Essex County, where she helped advance multi-million-dollar housing acquisition and development initiatives designed to expand access to quality, affordable housing and homeownership opportunities while strengthening neighborhood stability. Her work included managing complex financing structures that combined tax credits, government subsidies, grants, and private and philanthropic investment.

EDUCATION
Nethaniah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business and a Master of Public Affairs degree from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs.
