Meredith Flug

Meredith Flug serves as our Team Manager. She has been a dedicated public servant for the City of New York her entire career–focused on fair marketing and admission processes within affordable housing. She is dedicated to providing an infrastructure to CSG that ensures successful growth so that CSG can continue to provide these services for years to come.

Since joining CSG in 2020, she has assisted on the creation of internal databases and dashboards.

PRIOR WORK
Prior to joining CSG, Meredith spent 14 years at New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development, where she oversaw the administrative and compliance portion of the Mitchell-Lama Housing Program.

Meredith brings with her the experience of having worked in New York City government for 25 years, not only at HPD, but at The Board of Elections where she served as the Secretary to the Commissioners of Elections and the NYC Council as an Administrative and Training Manager. Additionally, Meredith has served as Deputy Executive Director for The Foundation for Ethnic Understanding, as well as a Government Relations Specialist for a Lobbying Firm.

EDUCATION
Meredith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix.
