Jillian O’Connell

Jillian O’Connell serves as Marketing & Engagement Associate at CSG Advisors, where she leads firmwide marketing, communications, and engagement efforts. She oversees proposal strategy, branding, and multimedia content, helping to position the firm’s expertise in affordable housing and public finance. Jillian plays a central role in advancing CSG’s visibility through strategic campaigns, thought leadership, and national conferences and events.

Prior Work
With more than 20 years of experience in Art + Design, Jillian began her career in publishing before moving into brand and creative strategy. Prior to joining CSG, she worked as a freelance graphic designer supporting nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and national clients through visual storytelling and integrated campaign development.

EDUCATION
Jillian holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from SUNY Purchase College.
