Heather Weinhart

Heather Weinhart serves as Director of Operations at CSG Advisors, where she oversees a broad range of business functions including finance, accounting, human resources, IT systems, and corporate compliance. She brings over two decades of experience in financial operations and systems optimization to her leadership role.

Prior to her current position, Heather served as Controller at CSG Advisors, where she was responsible for managing all accounting and human resources functions.

Before joining CSG Advisors, Heather held progressively senior positions at Greystone, INVISTA, and Cox Communications. At Greystone, she led accounting operations and system improvements that significantly enhanced year-end close efficiency. At INVISTA, she directed the financial systems integration for an acquired company and introduced automated reconciliation processes. While at Cox Communications, she designed and implemented automation tools that streamlined journal entries, reconciliations, and capital accounting.

Heather earned both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and her Master of Accountancy from Rider University, graduating summa cum laude.
