PRIOR WORK
Prior to joining CSG, Emma served as a Financial Analyst for Tiber Hudson, a law firm whose practice includes extensive involvement in affordable housing transactions nationwide. Working with a team of attorneys that primarily serve as underwriter’s counsel in multifamily housing transactions, Emma gained experience with the financial mechanics and collaborative processes involved in affordable housing bond issuances and complex loan structures.
While an undergraduate at Bryn Mawr College, Emma primarily studied urban planning and community development. Her specific focus on housing access led her to complete a cumulative research thesis on the history of rent control policy in New York City and its ongoing implications.
