Amy Lu is an Associate at CSG Advisors. She re-joined the firm in June 2024 bringing broad experience in affordable housing development, asset management, and property management.
CLIENTS
During her previous 3-year tenure at CSG Advisors, Amy gained various experience with RAD transactions providing support to Public Housing Authorities nationwide. Currently, at CSG Advisors, Amy assists large and small public housing authorities across the country, including Virgin Islands, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Columbus, Ohio, and Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with pipeline projects in various stages of development and recapitalization.
PRIOR WORK
Before rejoining CSG Advisors, Amy worked as a Development Manager for a developer on a 4% State/Federal LIHTC and Solar Tax Credit project. She also has experience in the non-profit sector as a Senior Real Estate Development Project Manager where she oversaw the development of five transitional shelters, two supportive housing projects, and managed the assets of over 2,000 transitional and supportive housing units for families.
EDUCATION
Amy graduated from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Studies, earning a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Urban Development and Justice and a minor in Economics. Her colloquium presentation on “Urban Development and Justice: The Evolutions of a Just City” explored the intersection of urban planning, social equity, and sustainable development of New York City’s waterfront communities and the harbor.
