Alyssa Morgan, CPA

Alyssa Morgan is a Financial Analyst/Associate at CSG Advisors. She joined the firm’s public housing practice in the fall of 2024. Alyssa focuses on Financial Analysis and Development Advisory support for the Housing Development Strategies group.

DEVELOPMENT ADVISING

Since joining CSG, Alyssa has focused primarily on assisting in the financial analysis and modeling of LIHTC transactions.

CLIENTS

Alyssa assists public housing authorities across the country, including Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Delaware among other clients.

PRIOR WORK

Prior to joining CSG, Alyssa worked in property management accounting for RangeWater Real Estate managing a diverse portfolio of multi-family and BTR properties ranging from new construction to fully stabilized. She was responsible for overseeing cash flow analysis, financial reviews and reporting as well as working cross-functionally with other departments to ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly financial data for each property in her portfolio. Through her journey in this role, Alyssa gained experience in GAAP accounting, bookkeeping for residential properties and project management

EDUCATION

Alyssa has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with minors in Information Technology and Information Systems from Georgia Southern University. She also has her Master of Accountancy from Georgia Southern as well. During her studies, Alyssa served as an active member of Beta Alpha Psi, a prestigious honor society for accounting students and was also chapter president of the Accounting Association and NABA where she worked with her peers to host events, spread awareness and recruit new members with accounting and finance majors.
