Abigail Pick

Abigail Pick is a Senior Associate at CSG Advisors with over five years of experience in community development and grant making. Since joining CSG in 2019, Abigail’s practice has focused on Development Advising.

Abigail’s commitment to maintaining and expanding affordable housing is built on the philosophy that the country’s current affordable housing stock should be fully utilized while also advancing new construction when possible. Her work centers on these opportunities by ensuring that Public Housing Authorities have access to additional funds through HUD programs (RAD, Section 18) and innovative transaction structures.

PRIOR WORK
Abigail has helped to develop a tax credit application for an affordable housing developer and assisted in evaluating new housing development proposals at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Most recently, she managed an $8 million grant portfolio to improve the lives of vulnerable populations in New York City.

DEVELOPMENT ADVISING
In her current role, Abigail has prepared RAD applications, RAD financing plans, Section 18 demolition and disposition application and tax credit applications. She provides project management support for their real estate transactions.

CLIENTS
Abigail works on transactions for several housing authorities across the country, including Minneapolis, Hartford, & Housing Authority of San Joaquin.

EDUCATION
Abigail has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Design and Architecture Studies from New York University and a Master of Urban Planning from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service.
