By the time Lopa was 18, she had lived on 4 continents, traveled extensively, and been to 8 different schools (which was difficult as an introvert).
Her one constant was home – a warm, cozy safe space that anchored her. That, combined with summertime visits to see her aunt in public housing in London, showed her the importance of community.
Home and community continue to be at the heart of her journey.
