CSG is often asked to evaluate the economics of proposed rental housing developments with 4% and 9% Tax Credits. We work with project sponsors in:
- Applying for tax credits,
- Structuring financing to maximize the value of the credits,
- Soliciting competitive proposals from syndicators or directly placing the tax credits with institutional or corporate investors, and
- Assisting major non-profit developers and financial institutions in restructuring portfolios of tax credit projects.
